MIM Labour Intelligence & Benchmarking Centre (MLIC) is a proposed specialised and independent labour market intelligence institution positioned to address one of Namibia’s most critical economic needs: reliable, integrated and actionable workforce data. In an economy seeking higher investment, stronger job creation and improved skills alignment, MLIC offers a timely platform for evidence-based labour market decisions.

MLIC will serve as a national intelligence hub that consolidates workforce, employment, remuneration and skills information from public and private sector sources.
