Namibia Human Capital Index 2026
MLIC’s flagship annual index measures the strength of Namibia’s human capital across education, skills, health and workforce participation. The 2026 edition scores the nation at 58.4 out of 100, up 1.6 points on last year, and maps exactly where the country is gaining ground and where investment is most urgently needed.
